When will my order ship?

All orders may take up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process before being dispatched to USPS. Orders will not be processed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) or on major holidays. This includes both USPS Ground Advantage as well as Priority Mail. If your order is placed after 3 pm PST - Monday through Thursday, the processing period doesn't being until the following business day. If your order is placed on a Friday after 3 pm PST, or over the weekend it will not ship out until the following week with the processing period (up to 3 business days) beginning on Monday. If your order is placed on a holiday or holiday weekend, processing period does not begin until the next day of operations and times may take up to 3 business days before it's sent to USPS.

**Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

When will I receive my order once it ships?

We ship orders via USPS unless otherwise indicated. *These times indicate the speed in which it travels through USPS's system AFTER our 1-3 business day processing period and NOT how quickly you'll receive your package after you've placed your order.

Ground Advantage - Shipping time is on average is 3-7 business days once USPS has received the package. 

Priority MailShipping time is on average is 2-3 business days once USPS has received the package.

**We are not liable for any delays once your package is in the possession of USPS or indicated carrier.  We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as, but not limited to: weather, Holiday rush, lost packages, or COVID-19. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.

What do I do If my package is lost?

Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should contact USPS. If you have purchased Route package protection you can easily file a claim here or reach out to info@ochoextracts.com and we will be happy to help. Ocho Extracts suggests purchasing Route Package Protection for all your orders. If Route Package protection is not purchased, Ocho Extracts is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Do you ship to my state?

Ocho Extracts abides by all federal and state laws which means that we may not be able to ship our product to your state depending on your state’s current laws around Delta-8 THC and other cannabinoids sold on this website.  Here is a list of states in which Delta-8 is currently still illegal and Ocho Extracts will not be able to ship products to the following states at this time:

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state-recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 1-3 business days* although currently, those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, releases, and promotions.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.
